Items in the original condition may be returned within 10 days from the date of receipt. A refund will be granted in the original form of payment minus shipping charges in the United States. Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.
If any item(s) meet the return conditions and you wish to initiate a return, please email info@gotgame10.com with your name, email, and Order# for a pre-paid shipping label.
Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days.
Please note credit card refunds take up to 10 business days to be processed by your bank

Items are allowed to be exchanged within 10 days of receipt. Got Game will be happy to assist you with a different item/size/color/etc. Once we have received your return, we will process a refund for the returned item.
